As the Senior Controller for EVP Management, Elizabeth is primarily responsible for the implementation of appropriate financial controls in ensuring compliance with accepted accounting processes and legal requirements for the Company and each of the Company's managed assets.  In addition, Elizabeth is responsible for budgeting, CAM reconciliations, financial data analysis, record keeping and financial reporting to Senior Management.  With over 15 years of experience in property management accounting, construction and real estate development, Elizabeth is involved in all aspects of financial management, inclusive of corporate accounting, budget and forecast preparation, and internal regulation.

By virtue of her leadership experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and RK Centers, where she was the Senior controller for a 10M square foot, national retail portfolio consisting of 3,000 tenants, Elizabeth has worked closely with accounting teams to enhance operational efficiency and to further provide meaningful insights to support high level decision-making.

Elizabeth holds an MS from Hunter College, an MBA Certification from Rutgers University, a Paralegal Certification from Northeastern University and a BS from Suffolk University.
