A founding member of EVP Management, Bryan’s principal focus is to ensure the company delivers in providing best-in-class, first-party property management services to the national commercial real estate portfolio owned by its sister company, Equity Venture Partners, in addition to those assets owned by EVPM’s highly valued third-party clients.

Since the inception of his commercial real estate career in 1999, Bryan has developed and maintained an exemplary track record having participated in the successful completion of over $1B in transactions throughout the United States. Prior to his involvement with EVPM, Bryan co-founded Cambridge Capital Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate advisory, brokerage and consulting firm that offers its clients expert level representation respective to the financing, acquisition, disposition and exchange of investment properties nationwide. In this capacity, Mr. Gitlin’s clients have included public and private institutions, family offices, 1031 exchange investors, developers, accredited investors, high net worth individuals and professional athletes. Bryan Gitlin received his Juris Doctor from the Western New England University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
